VS 777 Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between VS 777 and its members. VS 777 serves members in Bangladesh and internationally, and operates in compliance with applicable laws.

• Using VS 777 services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
• These terms and conditions may be updated at any time — continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• In the event of a conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the English version shall prevail
• VS 777 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account or service without prior notice

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at VS 777, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Each person may register only one account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration — false information will result in account termination
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone
• Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory — a copy of your NID or passport may be required

3Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on VS 777:

• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT (via Mobile Pay and Nagad)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 (Mobile Banking); ৳1,000 (Bank Transfer)
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• Your deposit and withdrawal methods are not required to match, though using familiar methods is recommended for security
• Withdrawals using bonus funds alone — without a deposit — are not permitted; the bonus turnover requirement must be met first.
• VS 777 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

4Bonuses & Promotions

VS 777 offers a variety of bonuses, each with specific terms and conditions that you should read before claiming.

• Every bonus comes with a specific turnover or wagering requirement — withdrawals from bonus funds are not possible until that requirement is fulfilled.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus turnover — slots count at 100%, baccarat at 30%, and cricket betting at 100%.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated otherwise on the promotions page.
• Bonus abuse — meaning any attempt to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain — is strictly prohibited.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on VS 777:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, VS 777 reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed — bets are generally refunded, though rules may vary depending on the specific market
• In live (in-play) betting, odds may change due to server latency — this is normal and is not the responsibility of VS 777
• Maximum bet limits are determined by account tier and game type.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on VS 777:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Participating in match-fixing or manipulation of any kind
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Hacking, phishing, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to VS 777 systems
• Using another member's account
• Conducting fraudulent activities using the VS 777 name

7Account Closure & Suspension

VS 777 may close or temporarily suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If KYC verification is not completed or fraudulent documents are submitted
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found
• At the member's request (Self-Exclusion)
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)

Before closing an account, VS 777 will make every reasonable effort to notify the member by email. However, in cases of fraud, the account may be closed without prior notice.

8Limitation of Liability

VS 777 is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed or a transaction is not completed due to an internet disconnection
• In the event of an issue with a third-party payment gateway (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.)
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or causes beyond VS 777's control
• For any loss resulting from a member's own error

9Responsible Gaming

VS 777 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is for entertainment, not addiction.

• Members can set their own daily/weekly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion — from 7 days to permanent — can be activated at any time
• The support team is here to help if any member runs into an issue
• Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately

10Changes to Terms & Conditions

VS 777 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time.

• Members will be notified by email in the event of significant changes
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
• If you object to any of these terms, you may request that your account be closed
